The Family Immigration Program is proud to provide the following services and support in the Western North Carolina Region Only: Consultations by appointment ONLY available 9am-2pm every Wednesday with the attorney Christina Hawley-Holtgreven, ESQ (Limited to the practice of federal immigration law in NC).

Please bring $45 in cash and your immigration documents if needed.

Closed 12:30pm-1pm for lunch.

Immigration Legal Services Offered

Naturalization, Adjustment of Status (green card), Consular Processing, Family Petitions, DACA, TPS, Advanced Parole, Work Authorization, U Visa, VAWA, and FOIA request.

ABOUT US

Our Program Director is attorney, Christina Holtgreven. She is licensed in Ohio and limited to the practice of Federal Immigration law in NC. Talia Cruz is the bilingual paralegal. Christina is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and The Ohio State Bar.

True Ridge is now home to the Family Immigration Program (FIP) that will serve WNC immigration clients who are between 200-400% above the federal poverty guideline.

HOW TO BECOME A F.I.P. CLIENT

To become a client, you must first come to a consultation to determine if you are eligible AND have an immigration pathway.

Consultations by appointment ONLY available from 9-2pm (closed from 12:30-1 for lunch.)

We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9am-3pm by appointment only.
