Our Community Connections program serves as a trusted entry point for individuals and families seeking support, resources, and guidance. Through personalized case management and accompaniment, we help community members navigate complex systems and access the services they need to thrive.
Services Include:
Case management and resource navigation
Court accompaniment and advocacy
Interpretation and document translation
Notary services
Referrals to community resources and partner organizations
Disaster response and recovery support
EDUCATION
La Promesa is our educational support program designed to empower students as they pursue their academic and career goals. Through individualized guidance, mentorship, and access to critical resources, participants receive support navigating college applications, financial aid, scholarships, enrollment, and their transition into higher education.
Services Include:
Information and referrals to educational resources
FAFSA and financial aid assistance
Residency Determination Service (RDS) guidance and support
Scholarship search and application assistance
College and career readiness support
